Grown in Montana. Meant to be used.

Dirty Girl Garlic Co. is built on one simple idea: garlic should taste like something. What we grow isn’t designed for storage, shipping, or shelf life. It’s grown for the kitchen—strong, clean, and worth using.

We grow hardneck garlic varieties chosen for flavor, not convenience.

Chesnok Red — bold, rich, and dependable.
Purple Glazer — smooth, slightly sweet, and bright.

In season, we harvest garlic scapes—the young stems of the plant—fresh, crisp, and only available for a short window each year.

Everything is grown in the glacial soils of Northwest Montana.

Planted by hand.
Harvested by hand.
Cured slowly.

No warehouses. No middle steps. No shortcuts.

Most garlic is grown to travel.

Ours is grown to be used.

That means:

  • Stronger flavor

  • Better texture

  • Garlic that actually holds up in cooking

It’s sold in simple, kitchen-ready bundles—by count, not weight—so what you receive is straightforward and usable.

This is small-batch garlic, grown with intention and sold directly.

Nothing more than that. Nothing less.
